Each month, your plan resets with its full quota of included call minutes (e.g., 150 mins for Starter, 500 mins for Growth, 1,200 mins for Pro). Minutes are consumed as patients speak with your AI assistant.
What happens if I exceed my included minutes?
Your receptionist never stops answering! Extra minutes are billed at your plan's discounted overage rate (₹7.00/min on Starter, ₹6.00/min on Growth, ₹5.50/min on Pro) deducted from your prepaid credit balance.
How is the setup fee waived?
On the Growth plan, selecting quarterly or annual billing automatically waives the ₹1,499 setup fee. Pro/Scale comes with ₹0 setup fee by default. On Pay-as-you-go, making a minimum first wallet recharge of ₹2,500 waives the ₹999 setup fee.
What is the Pay-as-you-go Wallet option?
If your clinic has seasonal demand or variable call volume, you can choose Pay-as-you-go. There is no recurring monthly commitment—simply recharge credits and calls are deducted at ₹7.50 / min with 100% balance rollover.
